certain attributes of the concentrator, board, and port as needed.

The problem was the ctUPSApp model was not appearing in the
MicroMMAC's Application View even though a UPS was physically
connected to the com 1 port of a MicroMMAC. The ctUpsID oid had to
be set through mibtools before the model would appear. Until this
application appears, a user cannot set the appropriate "UPS Model" in
the Performance View.
The resolution was to add CtUPSMib as a base model type. If it fails
to get read during the creation process of the ctUPSApp model the
SPECTRUM will try to write to it. This action would then cause the
CtUPSApp to be activated.

The problem is when Cabletron EMME, MicroMMAC and SEHi
devices reboot the security configuration is deleted and must be
manually reconfigured on the box. The customer would like the ability
to use ECM to save and restore port locking information on these
devices. These devices use RptrRev4Mib and they do not include the
security attributes available in the RptrRev4SecMib. The
RprtrRev4SecMib cannot simply replace the RptrRev4Mib for these
devices because of firmware issues.
The resolution was to add the security attributes from the
RprtrRev4SecMib via a new model type: RptrRev4SecFrag. The
attributes created under RptrRev4SecFrag are:
rptrSrcAddrListId
rptrSrcAddrAddressList
rptrSrcAddrSrcTableEntryId
rptrSrcAddrSrcTableEntryPort
rptrSrcAddrSrcTableEntryPortGroup
rptrSrcAddrMgmtSrcAgeInterval
rptrSrcAddrMgmtPortLock
