NOTE
Attempting to apply an unnecessary patch will do no harm since the
Sun patch installation software detects whether a particular patch is
needed by verifying that the package it pertains to is currently
installed on your system.
NOTE
On Windows NT, extraction of the files LocServer.exe and gzip.exe
will fail. This is a result of a problem with NT permissions. To ensure
successful extraction of these files, proceed as follows:
1. Using Microsoft Explorer, navigate to the LS directory and rename
the file LocServer.exe as LocServer_orig.exe.
2. Also using Microsoft Explorer, navigate to the Install-Tools
directory and rename the gzip.exe file as gzip_orig.exe.
