The problem is WA_Links are not clearing alarms when WA_Segment
is replaced or moved to a different port with a good condition. The
problem presents itself because alarms are not disasserted before a
model is destroyed.
This has been resolved by disasserting the alarm before the model is
destroyed.

The problem is Gen_IF_Port model names do not show up correctly in
PGUI applications.
This is caused because watches don't work properly when the db flag
is not set.
This has been resolved by using "read_async" calls to get the values.

The problem is SpectroGRAPH needs a user-configurable timeout
setting.
The resolution was to add the ability to set the connection time limit
with SpectroGRAPH and PGUI apps. Use
CsMailServOpts:set_connect_time_limit to set the value in the
$SPECROOT/app-defaults/spectrum file.
