Date
The month and year the connection was established.
User Name
The remote user which the Remote Access Switch was connected.
Reason for Failure
A string defining the reason for failure as defined in the SQL Database table
REASON_STRINGS. Reasons include:
• Cannot find this device name
• Error accessing the database
• Password is wrong
• Used wrong authentication
• Exceeded the time limit
• Exceeded the bandwidth limit
• Incorrect Ethernet Address
• No access at this time
• Incorrect connection type
• No channels available
• Invalid calling number
•Invalid secret
• Cannot aggregate this call
• User not part of this group
• No CyberSWITCH configured for this User’s group
• CyberSWITCH call back
• CyberSWITCH load level call back
• Too many requests
•CSX Down
•CSX Up
CREATING REPORTS
1. On the Functions menu, select Reports, or click on the toolbar. The Reports dialog appears.
2. Enter the user and time frame for the report.
3. Select type of report.
4. Click Preview. A preview of the report is shown.
• Click to print the report.
• Click to export the report to a file. Select the file type.
• Click to export the data to a local email mailbox. Select the file type.
Note: If you do not have a local email mailbox, you will not be able to proceed after
selecting the file type.
5. Click Close to exit.
