This port’s contribution to the cost of a path to
the root bridge.
Community Name View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for the ih000App
Application icon, select Community Name.
This view provides a table of SNMP community
names and MIB access levels used by the IH000
SNMP agent to authenticate incoming SNMP
request PDUs. The table provides the following
information:
Community Index
A unique value that identifies a grouping of
objects that define the configuration for an IH000
SNMP Community Name.
Community Name
An SNMP community name recognized by the
IH000 SNMP agent if it is specified in an SNMP
request PDU. This name is case-sensitive and
may be up to 20 characters in length.
MIB Access Level
The MIB access rights available to the associated
community name. Possible values are: GUEST
(MIB-2 system group read-only access), USER
(entire MIB-2 and networkExpress read-only
access), and ADMIN (entire MIB-2 and
networkExpress read-write access).
IH Trap Receiver View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for the ih000App
Application icon, select Trap Receiver Details.
This view provides a table specifying SNMP Trap
Receiver configurations. A Trap Receiver is an
SNMP management station that receives all SNMP
Trap PDUs generated by the IH000 SNMP agent.
The table provides the following information:
Trap Receiver In
A unique value that identifies a trap receiver.
Trap Receiver IP
The IP address of an SNMP management station
that receives the trap PDUs.
Trap Rvr Community Name
The community name that should be used in the
SNMP Trap PDUs.
