6-14 ATX MIB Reference Guide
dot1dTpPort {dot1dTpPortEntry 1}
Integer Read-Only
The port number of the port for which this entry contains transparent bridging
management information.
dot1dTpPortMaxInfo {dot1dTpPortEntry 2}
Integer Read-Only
The maximum size of the INFO (non-MAC) field that this port will receive or
transmit.
The type/length field (2 octets) in Ethernet/802.3 packets are considered to be
part of the MAC header.
dot1dTpPortInFrames {dot1dTpPortEntry 3}
Counter Read-Only
The number of frames that have been received by this port from its segment. Note
that a frame received on the interface corresponding to this port is only counted
by this object if and only if it is for a protocol being processed by the local
bridging function.
dot1dTpPortOutFrames {dot1dTpPortEntry 4}
Counter Read-Only
The number of frames that have been transmitted by this port to its segment. Note
that a frame transmitted on the interface corresponding to this port is only
counted by this object if and only if it is for a protocol being processed by the
local bridging function.
dot1dTpPortInDiscards {dot1dTpPortEntry 5}
Counter Read-Only
Count of valid frames received which were discarded (i.e., filtered) by the
Forwarding Process.
Local traffic is usually discarded before it reaches the Forwarding Process (see
sifFilterLocal).
