An object that contains the value of sysUpTime at the time that the value of the
rptrGroupOperStatus object for this group last changed. A value of zero indicates
that the group’s oper status has not changed since the agent last restarted.
rptrGroupPortCapacity {rptrGroupEntry 6}

The rptrGroupPortCapacity is the number of ports that can be contained within
the group. Valid range is 1-1024. Within each group, the ports are uniquely
numbered in the range from 1 to rptrGroupPortCapacity. Note In practice, this
will generally be the number of ports on a module, card, or board, and the port
numbers will correspond to numbers marked on the physical embodiment.
