because the access server disconnected the session.
Action: Try to reconnect to the service.
Local -221- Connection to service-name not established
Insufficient node resources
Explanation: The connection request failed or the existing connection was terminated due
to insufficient memory.
Action: Verify access server memory usage. See the section Verify Access Server Memory
Usage (page 2-6).
Local -222- Connection to service-name not established
Access server shutdown in progress
Explanation: The connection request failed or the existing connection was terminated due
to access server shutdown.
Action: Retry later.
