Terminal Screen Scrolling When MONITOR Command Is Used
If your terminal screen scrolls when you use the MONITOR command, enter the
following command. Substitute the number of the port where the screen is scrolling for 1:
Local> SHOW PORT 1
Port 1: Michael Server: GEMINI

Flow Control: XON Output Speed: 9600
Parity: None Signal Control: Disabled
Stop Bits: Dynamic

Default Protocol: LAT Default Menu: None

Preferred Service: GALAXY
Authorized Groups: 60, 70, 80
(Current) Groups: 60, 70, 80
Enabled Characteristics:
Autobaud, Autoconnect, Autoprompt, Broadcast, Input Flow
Control, Loss Notification, Message Codes, Multisessions,
Output Flow Control, Verification
Verify the Type characteristic is set to ANSI. The Type characteristic controls device-
