SPECTRUM Software Release Notice Page 89
Problem 5: If you resize a login screen when running Netscape, it may
cause the browser to crash. This is a Netscape problem.
Problem 6: When using Windows Internet Explorer 6.0, you may need to
click the Back button two or more times to go back to the previous screen.
Corrected Installation Anomalies in Web
Operator Foundation and Suite 6.5
1 When you click Next on the “Web Administrator User” installation
screen, you commit the specified user to be the administrator. You are
now able to update this user when you return to the Web
Administrator User installation screen, by using the Previous button,
and enter a different user name.
2 Port 80 is now used for the SPECTRUM Web Operator’s server port
since this no longer causing double login problems in Netscape
browsers. Note that the port number you assign for Web Operator
must be greater than 1024 (to avoid privileged port numbers) and
must NOT be 8007 as this is the port number the SPECTRUM Web
Operator installed Tomcat server uses.
3 When you select the “Populate with all SPECTRUM Users” option in
the Web Operator Users installation screen, the installation program
successfully adds all SPECTRUM users to Web Operator.
