Problem 1: In the Policy Control view for the 3ComNetBld2 device, the vertical scroll bar
incorrectly indicates that there is more information in the view.
Solution: This functionality complies with the SPECTRUM table design. When the number of
entries in a table equals the number of rows which can be displayed in the view, then
the scroll bar looks as if there may be more info in the table. Scrolling will then re-
display the same entries and sort out the scroll-bar. The management module
functions as designed.
