SmartSwitch FDDI MicroLAN Switch (9F106-02, 9F116-01,
9F120-08, 9F122-12, 9F125-08, and 9F241-12)
Corrected Anomalies:
Known Anomalies:
1. The FddiMAC Station List view button now toggles from Canonical and MAC address format
for the Downstream Neighbor and the Upstream Neighbor columns.
2. You can now access the FDDI2 Icon from List mode, and view Performance statistics. In List
mode, the model type name must be selected instead of model name.
Problem 1: Autodiscovery does not place the concentrator boards in the container view of the
9F12x-xx or 9F241-12. When modeling the 9F12x-xx or 9F241-12 by IP address from
the Device Topology view, that model is being placed in the Lost and Found view.
Solution: In Edit mode, cut the models from the Lost and Found view and paste them into the
container view of the 9CXXX model to resolve the “Contains” relation. The 9F12x-xx
and 9F241-12 modules are FDDI concentrators and are not designed to be created in
the Device Topology view.
