This section describes the icons used to represent the modules, ports, and applications for the SmartSwitch
9000 Series devices in SPECTRUM.
Chassis Module Icon
This icon displays a logical representation of the
physical module, its location in the chassis, and
its front panel interfaces or ports. Figure 18
through Figure 22 show examples of Chassis
Module icons for the SmartSwitch 9000.
Module Identification Labels
These labels display the following information:
Slot Number Label
The location of the module within the chassis.
Model Type Label
The type of network interface module in the
chassis slot.
Model Name Label
The type of network interface module in the
chassis slot.
Application Access Label
This label displays the application running on the
device and provides double-click access to the CSI
Performance view.
Interface Labels
These labels display the following information:
Interface Type and Number Label
The number and type for this interface.
Interface Status Label
The current operating status of this interface.
