Modeling Considerations
Some conditions apply concerning the placement
(modeling) of model types within SPECTRUM
views. The following restrictions apply:
• Ethernet devices can be modeled in the
Universe Topology view or an 802.3 LAN
Topology view
• Token Ring devices can only be modeled in an
802.5 LAN Topology view
• FDDI devices can only be modeled in an FDDI
LAN Topology view
