If you suspect that this is the case, check the SAS work area and delete any

temporary non-essential ﬁles. It may also be desirable to change the work

directory speciﬁed in the config.sas609 ﬁle to an area with more available

space. Once there is adequate work space, this problem should not occur

again.

SAS Exports on the NT Platform

When a SAS export is executed on the NT platform, an informational dialog

box appears on the screen at the start of the export. During the export, an icon

appears in a corner of the screen; also, a temporary ﬁle containing SAS source

code is created in the output directory. When the export completes, the icon

disappears from the screen and the temporary ﬁles are deleted. If any

temporary ﬁles remain in the output directory after the export completes, an

error occurred during the export. In this case, you should check the log ﬁle to

determine the cause.
