Application Icons
When the Application view is in Icon mode, each
of the application models is represented by an
Application icon (Figure 14). Double-clicking the
Model Name label (a) at the top of the icon opens
the associated Model Information view-Model
Information View on Page 60. For some
applications, the Model Type label (c) at the
bottom of the icon is also a double-click zone,
which opens an application-specific view. Any
views accessible through these double-click zones
are also accessible from the Application icon’s
Icon Subviews menu.

Chassis Applications View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for the
SmartSwitch 6000 device icon, select Chassis
Application.
The Chassis Application view for the
6C105/6C107 (Matrix E7) view shows a single
6C105/6C107 icon. There are four views available
from the 6C105/6C107 (Matrix E7 device icon:
• Device View (Page 38)
• Model Information View (Page 39)
• Container View (Page 39)
• Module View (Page 39)
Device View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for the
6C105/6C107 device icon in the Application view,
select Device > Chassis.
This view provides that same information as the
Chassis Device View on Page 20.
