To make a change to the rows in the table view,
do the following:
1 In the Communication Information panel of
the Virtual Link view, change the Community
Name field to “private.”
2 From the Icon Subviews menu, select Table
View.
3 Set the path information for the row you wish
to create, change, or remove.
4 Press Return and click on OK.
5 To create or change a row, click on the Create
button, change the applicable fields in the
Change view, and click the right mouse
button. Click OK.
6 Click on the Validate Row button and return
to the Application Table view to see the
change.
7 To remove a row, click on the Remove button
and then the Update button. The row will
then be removed from the table view.
The Virtual Channel Link table can be sorted,
searched, and updated using the following
buttons within the view:
This button allows you to sort the table based on
the column heading you select. To use the Sort
feature, select a column heading and click on the
Sort button. The table is rearranged according to
the chosen column.
This button allows you to search the table for a
specific entry. To use the Find feature, select a
column heading, click on the Find button, and
enter a search string in the dialog box.
This button allows you to update information in
the table.
Double-clicking on a field entry opens the
interface-specific ATM Switch Application Virtual
Channel Link view, which contains the following
information. You can change these fields.
