NOTE:

FLOWPOINT PRODUCT, EVEN IF FLOWPOINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
