16.0 Reporting
Select one of the report types and different constraints, options and sorts will be presented. The New,
Revised and Deleted reports (when checked) are provided as additional lists to the report that is
requested. The Sort by feature provides choices for each main field in the report. The default sort is
by the component tag and if that is the sort you want, the other sort choices will not be available.
When you make your selections, press ‘Create Report’ and you will be asked for a description. Enter
or select descriptions. Descriptions for each type of report are saved in the database for your
convenience. You may also delete a saved description. Reports for Cable, Trays, Conduits and
Equipment will have the option to restrict the report by a list of tags. In addition, the cable report has
the option to restrict by a list of connecting equipment tags.
