revision rules data is correct
and then press the issue command. Cable and raceway revision
letters are assigned by comparing the current database with the last issued database. You do
have the ability to reset the last issued database but this should not be done without considering
the ramifications to the field. Send the released database to the field. If you are sending the first
issue, the field should not have a construction database. The field will import data form the design
database to start their database. In subsequent issues, start-up and work package data will not
override field input data but new data will replace data that was not input by the filed. Cable Wire
colors are the responsibility of design but the field may choose not to override their wire colors. In
addition cable termination data that is locked in the construction database will not be overridden
by design data.
