3.This CableCreation USB C to DVI Adapter Not for tablets and smartphones except Galaxy S8 / S8
Plus / Note8 and Mate 10.
If the product doesn’t work, please try the following steps:
1.Update the BIOS and graphic card driver from your laptop’s official website, then restart your la
ptop to try again.
2.Set the laptop's resolution same as or lower 1080P.
3.This adapter will automatically match your laptop after plugged within 30 seconds to a minute,
please do not move the hub, cable and laptop in this time.
4.After these steps, for MacOS, Top left corner Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays--> Mir
ror or Extend Displays;
For Windows 10, press Windows key + P combination command-->choose Duplicate or Extend.
