Applicator A3200 – Real time application
The A3200 applicator is used to automatically apply labels that are
printed with the A2
+
/ A4
+
printer.
A rotary cylinder allows positioning the label between 45° and 95° which
is then placed on the product via short stroke cylinder.

Long service life
The ball-bearing guides are low-wearing.
Variable angular position
The rotary cylinder allows labeling on horizontal, inclined and vertical
surfaces.
Pre-dispensing button
Pushing the button the first time causes the label to be printed and
held by the pad. Pushing the button again starts the application.
Compressed air regulation unit
The microfilters prevent contamination, the compressed air regulator
ensures the labeling quality.
High process reliability
The supporting air jet stream, induction air and lifting speed can be
adjusted. The pressure can be reduced to less than 10N (1 kg) for
highly sensitive products and packaging. To avoid contamination of
the vacuum holes, these are cleaned with air pressure after each
application.
Label sizes
Labels with a width of 25 – 70 mm and a height of 5,5 – 60 mm can
be applied.
Supporting air
is used for blowing the label to the pad.
Digital I/O Interface for applicator
A PLC, sensor or hand switch starts the labeling. At the same time,
status and error messages are issued.
