Accessories - dispensing labels

Label printers (Type „P“) for dispensing labels additionally

need to have a present adapter or a present sensor.

Different types for either manual operation, or on demand

with hand switch, foot switch or an external signal are

available.

Present adapter PS5 on demand

Printing and dispensing the label is triggered via external signal.

The label is removed by an applicator or robot.

Extended peel-off plate

only in connection with present adapter PS5 or an applicator. For labels particularly

difficult to remove from liner the peel-off plate with rewind guide plate, extended by

10 mm, is used.

Present sensor PS6 for manual operation or on demand

1. For manual operation

The present sensor detects the label being in dispensing position and interrupts the print

job. As soon as the label has been manually removed the next one is printed immediately.

2. On demand

Dispensing on demand either via hand switch or foot switch, or via external signal

according to PS5.

Present sensor PS8 for manual operation

The present sensor detects the label being in dispensing position and interrupts the print

job. As soon as the label has been manually removed the next one is printed immediately.

Present sensor PS9 variable

For dispensing odd shaped labels where the leading edge of the label is not on the left

edge where the PS8 can detect it, ex. round labels. The extension is customized.
