Please make sure the USB 2.0 to DVI-I Adapter is unplugged to your PC or notebook before executing
the device driver un-installation program.
Step 1
 Start menu :
Please click “ Start ” →
“ Control Panel ” →
“ Program and Features ”
 Classic Start menu:
Please click “ Start ” → “ Settings ”
→ “ Control Panel ” → “ Program and Features ”
Select “ USB 2.0 External Graphics Card with DVI Interface (Multiple) ” item. Click “Uninstall” button.
Step 2
Unplug the USB 2.0 to DVI-I Adapter and click “
OK ” to
continue.
