This device is one component of a complete solution designed to conquer USB length limitations and put your USB 1.1 devices where you want them. DEVICE INSTALLATION Step 1 Install the USB transmitter (29349, 29344, or 29348) by means of wall plate (if using the wall plate style transmitter) or connect the dongle style transmitter to your computer. Step 3 Use a pre-terminated Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cable or terminate your own cable, and connect the USB transmitter and USB v1.1 Receiver Dongle. Step 4 Plug your computer into the source end (USB transmitter unit) using a standard USB A/B cable. Step 5 Plug the USB v1.
DEVICE INSTALLATION Note: We recommend using a solid 24AWG Cat5/Cat6 patch cable when connecting this transmitter with a receiver unit.
