Problem: A dialog box with the message “Nothing
read” appears.
Solution: You must keep Trigg pressed as you move
C-Pen over the text.
You must hold the pen tip flat against the
surface before you press Trigg.
Problem: The infrared communication to the PC does
not work.
Solutions: Make sure that you have an external IR
receiver installed on your stationary PC. If
you have a portable PC, it is normally
equipped with a built-in IR receiver.
Check Infrared under the Control panel in
Windows 95/98.
Problem: C-Pen turns itself off too quickly.
Solution: Enter System Settings (p. 45) and increase
Power-off time.
Problem: I am left-handed and the text on the display
is upside-down.
Solution: See RIGHT/LEFT-HANDED in Settings, p. 45.
