COPPER ACCESS TEES

GENERAL

SPECIFICATIONS

The 84 TS Series offers two styles

of copper access tees in tubing

sizes 1/4” to 1-1/8”. Copper Tees

allow connection at each end and

require less solder than silver

solder, such as 95-5.

Copper Tees are preferable where

two line ends have not yet been

attached or where it is desirable to

cut a line rather than drive a hole

in an uncharged system. Copper

Tees can save time and money.

Tees with “CD” part numbers come

with CD2250 wrench cap. Change

“CD” to “CC” to substitute CD2245

standard brass cap.

INSTALLATION

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove cap and valve core

2. Clean tubing and apply ux

3. Insert tubing into each end and

braze into place

4. Replace valve core, tighten,

evacuate and charge system

5. Install cap when work is

complete
