WR-G31DDC ‘EXCALIBUR’
This sturdy, compact, die cast package is the
size of a paper-back novel, accessorized with a USB
computer interface (cable provided) , an SMA antenna
connector (an SMA/BNC adapter is included); and a
12VDC jack (an AC adapter is also included).
Covering a continuous 9 kHz (and lower) to 50
MHz spectrum, detection modes include AM, syn-
chronous AM, USB, LSB, CW, FM, FSK, UDM (user
defined mode), and even DRM (optional).
The screen is a powerful signal processing and
analysis tool. Three spectrum displays reveal the presence, frequencies, and relative amplitudes of signals. Simply
press and step the zoom icon for larger magnification.
View the spectrum as a conventional spectrum analyzer, or as a colorful waterfall presentation adding the time
dimension for signal activity up to two minutes of recording and display, all adjustable from full 50 MHz wide in
real time down to a few kilohertz for signal analysis.
Do predetection recording like the intelligence agencies and play it back later for analysis and monitoring of
any signals as they transmit within 2 megahertz bandwidth.
. Drag the cursor with your mouse across the spectrum display to select and monitor signals instantly, or type the
frequency in directly with 1 Hz accuracy. A display tells you the service authorization for that frequency (broadcast-
ing, amateur radio, maritime mobile, etc.).
Three separate receivers may be monitored independently or simultaneously,
provided they are within a 2 MHz spread. Passband tuning and digital IF shift remove adjacent channel interference.
PC requirements are Windows XP, Vista, or 7, with a 2 GHz dual core CPU and 1 GB RAM. The display should
be SVGA and only 20 MB hard drive space is required. The G31 will work with slower computers with some
sacrifice in selectivity and DDC bandwidth.

The WiNRADiO WR-G33DDC ‘EXCALIBUR Pro’ is a high-performance, low-cost, direct-sampling, software-defined,
shortwave receiver with a frequency range from 9 kHz to 49.995 MHz. It includes a real-time 50 MHz-wide
spectrum analyzer and 4 MHz-wide instantaneous
bandwidth available for recording, demodulation and
further digital processing.
This product is an advanced version of the award-
winning WR-G31DDC receiver offering the following
additional features and improvements:
• 4 MHz instantaneous processing bandwidth
• Low-noise preamplifier
• Configurable preselection filters
• Filter bandwidth adjustable down to 1 Hz
• 0.5 ppm frequency stability
• Test and measurement functions
The receiver’s superior performance results from its
innovative, direct-sampling, digital down-conversion architecture along with the use of leading-edge components
