1. Operating Voltage
TheGX155hasaninstalledmainsunitfor230V/AC.Theconnectionisperformedviascrewterminals.Useofwire-
endsleevesisrequired.Theproductmustbeexternallyprotected(seetechnicaldata)
2. IN1 to IN3: 230 V-switching inputs
TheswitchinginputsIN1toIN3aredirectlydesignedfor230Vandshoulddetectthestatusofvoltagesupplyofsub-
distributions and switchable consumers. All switching inputs share the same ground potential (N) but are galvanically
insulated from all other connections together with N.
3. Connection for GSM aerial
ThisiswheretheenclosedGSMaerialwithMMCXplugistobeconnected.Theaerialmustbepushedinvertically
withoutforce.Otherwisetheaerialsocketmaybedamaged.Note,thattheantennaismountedoutsideofanswitch
controlbox/electricalcabinet.
4. STOP button
Thisbuttonswitchesoffallrelaysandblocksthemagainstactivation.ThisBLOCKmodeisrecognisedbytheperma-
nentlylit„ERROR“LED.To„release“it,thebuttonmustbepushedforatleast3seconds.
Pushingandholdingformorethan5secondsleadstoareset.Formoreinformationonthis,seechapters„Reset“
and „Factory Reset“.
5. SIM card
Acommon,releasedSIMcardisrequired.Thefrontcovermustberemovedforinsertion.TheSIMcardholderis
located below that. Removal of the cover is recognised by a sensor and leads to immediate SMS alarm (if set and
activated).
Observe chapter 7 regarding the SIM PIN.
6. OUT1 to OUT3: Change relay
3xchangerelaysareavailabletoswitchsignalsandconsumers.ThesemaybedirectlyswitchedviaSMSorthe
INCALLfunction.Therelayscanbeblocked(button)andsecuredagainsttoo-quickswitching(„RELAYTIME“).
Thetechnicaldataandsafetynotesmustbeobserved.
7. IN4 and IN5: Max. 32 V switching inputs
Theswitchinginputsserve,e.g.,monitoringofvoltagesupplies(examplePLCcontrols).Thethresholdvalueisfar
belowthe32Vmaximumvoltage.Formoredetails,seethetechnicaldata.
