willmeetorexceedpublishedspecications.Thiswarrantyisvalidonlyiftheproduct

C.B.S.Scienticwarrantsthisproducttobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandwork-
manshipundernormalserviceforoneyearfromdateofshipment.Iftheproduct
provesdefectiveduringthisperiod,C.B.S.Scienticwillrepairorreplaceitatour
option,freeofcharge,ifreturnedtouspostageprepaid.Thiswarrantydoesnot
cover:damageintransit,damagecausedbycarelessness,misuseorneglect,normal
wearthroughfrequentuse,damagecausedbysolventcorrosion,damagecausedby
improperhandlingoruseralteration,norunsatisfactoryperformanceasaresultofcon-
