Why We Don't Have Telephone Support?
At Buzz Tools
®
, we want to provide you with the best possible
customer service by responding to your concerns and questions in
a timely manner. Although we would like to talk to everyone
personally, we are a VERY small company started out of our love
for embroidery. We simply do not have adequate staff to provide
telephone support.
However, in spite of our limitations, it is important to us to provide
you with the best possible products and support possible.
If you are having difficulties with BuzzEdit
please:
1 Read your manual and online help carefully. Most of your
questions can usually be answered in this way.
2 Contact your local dealer. If your problem is not addressed in
this manual, you can contact your local Buzz Tools
®
dealer for
advice.
3 Visit us on the web. If you have access to the Internet, you
can check our online technical support at: www.buzztools.com

Common problems and questions are posted on the BuzzEdit
support web page as needed. Bug fixes and minor
enhancements are also posted on the Buzz Tools
