The center during a resize
operation is the area of the
design that will not move.
You can also change the center of your
resizing. The center during a resize
operation is the area of the design that
does not move. You may find this useful
if you are resizing a selection slightly to
fill a gap in your design.
Tools > Stretch…
The Stretch command brings up the Stretch Selection dialog box.
This dialog box is displayed at the bottom of your BuzzEdit
™
workspace.
Use to stretch a selection by specific amounts.
Set the amount you want to stretch your selection in the area
provided.
