7 Choose Select Next

Use the Select Next button located on the main toolbar

to change the selected stitches to the next contiguous

run. The bird's outline is now selected.

After the Select Next command is used,

the bird's outline is selected.

8 Copy the Outline of the Bird

Choose Edit > Copy to place a copy of the bird's outline onto the

BuzzEdit

™

clipboard.

9 Switch Back to New Design

On the Microsoft

Windows Task Bar, choose the second copy of

BuzzEdit

™

to activate the newest BuzzEdit

™

workspace. The

body of the bird is still displayed in its original location.

10 Paste in the Outline In the new BuzzEdit

™

workspace, choose Edit > Paste to paste the

outline of the bird into the new design. Notice

that the body of the bird and its outline align

correctly.
