Disabling the mouse
You cannot use a mouse on the support
computer during Remote Maintenance
sessions on Lingo. Disable the mouse by
using the following procedure.
Note If you installed Q release version
Q20272 (Dealer Remote Maintenance 6.1j)
on the support computer, Remote Mouse
Operation is already set to “No.” The Q
release number appears on the disk.
To disable the mouse

From the Main menu, press F9 to choose
“Options Menu.”

Press F1 to choose “Hardware Menu.”

Press the SPACEBAR to change “Remote
Mouse Operation” to “No.”

Press F10 to save your changes.
