Handling unlearned tones
If any of the tones cannot be learned, check
the following:
• Verify that you have indicated actual
extensions, and not a hunt group pilot
number.
• For automatic mode, verify that you
have identified the extensions correctly
and that they correspond to the correct
port.
• For automatic mode, verify that the
telephone system does not have call
forwarding enabled.
