To change the technician’s password

Access the technician’s conversation.

When asked to select an action, press 6.

Enter a password between four and ten
digits, and then press ✳.

When asked to confirm the password,
reenter the password, followed by ✳.
If you forget your password
If you change your technician’s password
and then forget it, you can reset it to 8324
(TECH) by accessing Lingo through the
console.
To reset the technician’s password to 8324
(TECH)
At the command prompt, type VM
TECHPASS.
