Mailboxes
If the system is nearing its storage capacity,
you can review the number and length of
messages for each subscriber from this
section of the system manager’s screen.
Note For organizations using a first-name
directory, when prompted for a subscriber’s
name, enter the first name in the last-name
field and the last name in the first-name
field.
Menus
If a problem occurs with a system menu,
it is helpful to view the menu structure
from this screen. You can ensure that the
menus are linked correctly and that menu
keys set up for routing go to the intended
mailbox ID.
