TRACKING REMOTE MAINTENANCE SESSIONS WITH THE BILLING LOG
To update the billing log when you end a
connection

Press F6 to disconnect from Lingo.

When prompted, update the “Operator
ID,” “Name,” and “Description” fields as
needed.
Tip You can type comments about the
session in the “Description” field.
To turn off the billing log

From the Main menu, press F8 to choose
“Support menu.”

Press F2 to choose “Billing log.”

When you see the message “Billing LOG
is Active! Turn it off[Y/N]?” press Y.
