Install 1”x1.5” Black Tab over existing factory hole.
There are two holes at the top center location. Refer
to step 7 for proper hole for installation.
Using an awl or similar pointed tool, poke a hole
through 1”x1.5” Black Tab using the #10 U-Clip hole
as a guide.
Hold fl are to vehicle and start the kit supplied #8x3/4”
Washer Panhead Screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not tighten.
Press fi rmly on fl are and tighten all screws.

Install #10 U-Clip over 1”x1.5” Black Tab.
