10. Insert Action Spring Assembly into the Bolt Carrier by pressing inward (toward front of
the Bolt) and twisting clockwise until the tabs on the front of the Action Spring
Assembly Guide are in line with the Retaining Slot.
NOTE: The Recoil Lug at the back of the Action Spring Assembly should be pointing up
toward the top of the Upper Receiver.
NOTE: After inserting Firing Pin Retaining Pin, Firing Pin should not fall out when Bolt
Carrier Assembly is turned upside down
