Make sure that the mains power
is connected firmly and that the
power is switched on.
Check aerial
Turn off Mut e function if it is ac tivated.

firmly and correc tly and ensu re the volume
level an d setting ar e set to appropriate lev els.
Check your aerial has been connected
correctly, then contact a local antenna
repair consultant to check your aerial
properly.
Conduct a Factory Reset and then
rescan for all available channels.
Enter the universal password “ 00000 0 ” and
this will unlock your Set Top Box and allow
you to enter a new password.
Plug in and turn on Set Top Box

Try a direct feed from the
antenna
The aerial feed may come
through a distribution system
which may reduce the digital
signal now received by the
receiver
Ensure the disc is not warped, damaged or deformed.

Ensure the disc format is compatible with the player.
Please check whether you have tried to play a software CD.
If so, please restart the player.
Ensure you have put the disc on the tray.
Ensure the disc is not upside down.
Ensure the disc is not distor ted, stained or scratched.
