CAUTION: Before leaving tractor seat, stop engine, lock brake, relieve hydraulic
pressure, and remove key.
CAUTION: Do Not allow bystanders in work area.
INSTALLATION NOTES
¥ Remove all mounting brackets from crate. (Refer to Fig. 1 on Page 2 to insure that all components have been included)
¥ Remove the tractor front weights.
¥ Clean threaded holes in the tractor frame with a tap of the proper size. Paint, rust and/or deb ris
in the threads may cause bolts to misalign or not tighten correctly.
¥ This mounting kit has metric fasteners. Insure that the proper fasteners are used in the correct
locations. (Refer to Fig. 2 on Page 2 as an aid to identifying correct fasteners)
¥ Leave all mounting hardware loose until mounting kit is completely installed.
¥ After the mounting kit installation is complete, tighten all hardware to the specications given in the bolt torque chart
on Page 6.
¥ After the rst hour and then after every 4 hours for the rst day of operation, all mounting hardware should be checked
for proper torque specications.

Note: Front weights and front Weight Bracket must be removed prior to Front Bracket installation and can not be reinstalled.
Note: Steering stops must be adjusted out.
Note: Requires longer 4 Hose Kit (F82236) and/or 6 Hose Kit (F82268).
Note: Requires greater dig depth with bolt on cutting edge when tractor is equipped with 14.9-30 front tires
and 760, 770, 860 or 870 loaders.
Note: McCormick MTX155 & MTX175 tractors requires installation of 235327A2 front support if tractor is not already
equipped with support from factory (purchase from your McCormick dealer).
Note: Fits 660C (Long Subframe), 760, 770B (Long Subframe), 860A& 870A (Standard Subframe) Models.
