The rst time the product is used it may
smoke and smell a little. This is a result of
a normal chemical process that makes the
heat-resistant enamel harder. Allow the
re to burn for at least 40 minutes before
cooking food.

USING AS A FLOWER POT
Place the product on a level surface.
Water plants with a watering can,
or equivalent.
Do not water with a hose.
Leave 5 cm between the surface of the
planting soil and the top edge of the
product.
Avoid scratching or otherwise damaging
the enamel, this can result in corrosion.
MAINTENANCE
Enamelled model
The product is treated with heat-resistant
enamel that withstands temperatures of up to
600°C, but it is not galvanised. Any scratches
and wear during use can therefore in time
damage the surface treatment and result in
corrosion.
This will not aect the functionality or capacity
of the product. It is recommended to touch
up the product with heat-resistant enamel at
least once a year for best functionality and life
span. Follow the instructions of the enamel
manufacturer.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always follow the instructions.
The product is only intended for outdoor
use with wood as fuel. Do not use the
product to burn refuse.
Place the product on a level, non-
ammable surface that can withstand rust
stains.
Never leave the product unattended when
it is lit.
Place the product at least 5 m from
ammable material when in use and
make sure that the area above the
product is clear.
Never move the product when it is lit –
risk of re and/or burn injury. Wear safety
gloves when handling the hot product.
Avoid if possible handling or moving the
product before it has cooled.
Never use petrol, alcohol or other
ammable substances in the product.
Keep children and pets at a safe distance
from the product.
Never attempt to extinguish the ames
with water. Use sand.
Do not ll the product with wood to more
than 2/3 full before lighting.
Never light the product in strong wind.
Extinguish the re if a strong wind starts
blowing when in use.
Always check after use that the product is
clean and undamaged and that the metal
is not badly burnt.
The enamel can become discoloured at
hot temperatures. This is a natural process
and does not aect the capacity of the
product.

Do not expose the product to rain or
snow.
Very high temperatures can result in
minor damage to the enamel on the
inside of the product.
