Proceed as follows to parameterise a module:
Click with the right mouse key on the desired module, e. g. main/inside DI16/DO16.
Then select the point Object properties (alternatively, double click on the desired module).
Select Parameter Assignment.

Error Behaviour Defines the status which the outputs go in the event of an
error (bus error).
Output: 0 All outputs are set to 0.
Hold last Value The last switching status before the error is maintained.
Switch replacement value The value indiacated under replacement value byte .. bit .. is
assumed.
