Montage 4 Montage 4.1 Consignes de montage En cas de défaut, le préamplificateur peut être remplacé par l'utilisateur. Les applications Ex nécessitent l'utilisation d'un appareil et d'un préamplificateur avec agrément Ex adéquat. 4.2 Préparations au montage De façon générale, les préamplificateurs de la série SW60 sont interchangeables.
Montage 6 Retirez l'ancien préamplificateur. 8 Comparez les réglages de deux préamplificateurs. Mettez les éléments de réglage du nouveau préampli sur les mêmes positions qu'avait l'ancien. 7 Comparez le nouveau préampli avec l'ancien. L'étiquette signalétique sur le préampli doit correspondre à celle de l'ancien. Ceci est valable en particulier pour les appareils en atmosphères explosibles. Information: Veillez en changeant le préampli à ce que le boîtier ne se tourne pas.
Mise en service 5 Mise en service 5.1 Mise en service Mise en service Après le changement de l'électronique, n'oubliez pas de remettre tous les éléments de réglage du nouveau préampli sur les mêmes positions qu'avait l'ancien. Le capteur est alors immédiatement prêt à fonctionner. De façon générale, tous les préamplificateurs de la série SW60 sont interchangeables. Si vous désirez utiliser un préamplificateur avec une autre sortie signal, il faudra refaire une mise en service complète de l'appareil.
Démontage 6 Démontage 6.1 Etapes de démontage Suivez les indications des chapitres "Montage" et "Raccordement à l'alimentation" et procédez de la même manière mais en sens inverse. 6.2 Recyclage Les pièces de rechange se composent de matériaux recyclables par des entreprises spécialisées. A cet effet, les préamplificateurs ont été conçus facilement détachables et les matériaux utilisés sont recyclables.

Produktbeschreibung 3 Produktbeschreibung 3.1 Aufbau Lieferumfang Der Lieferumfang besteht aus: l l Elektronikeinsatz für LEVEL SWITCH 8111 und 8112 Dokumentation - dieser Betriebsanleitung 3.2 Arbeitsweise Einsatzbereich Der Elektronikeinsatz SW 60 ist zum Austausch bei Vibrationsgrenzschaltern LEVEL SWITCH 8111 und 8112 geeignet. 3.3 Lagerung und Transport Verpackung Ihr Gerät wurde auf dem Weg zum Einsatzort durch eine Verpackung geschützt.
Montieren 4 Montieren 4.1 Montagehinweise Bei einem Defekt kann der Elektronikeinsatz durch den Anwender getauscht werden. Bei Ex-Anwendungen darf nur ein Gerät und ein Elektronikeinsatz mit entsprechender Ex-Zulassung eingesetzt werden. 4.2 Montagevorbereitungen Generell können alle Elektronikeinsätze der Typenreihe SW60 untereinander getauscht werden.
Montieren 6 Alten Elektronikeinsatz herausziehen 8 Einstellungen der beiden Elektronikeinsätze vergleichen. Die Bedienelemente des neuen Elektronikeinsatzes auf dieselbe Einstellung des alten Elektronikeinsatzes stellen. 7 Neuen Elektronikeinsatz mit dem Alten vergleichen. Das Typschild auf dem Elektronikeinsatz muss dem Typschild des alten Elektronikeinsatzes entsprechen. Dies gilt vor allem für Geräte in explosionsgeschützten Bereichen.
Inbetriebnahme 5 Inbetriebnahme 5.1 Inbetriebnahme Inbetriebnahme Bei einem Austausch des Elektronikeinsatzes stellen Sie alle Bedienelemente auf die selben Einstellungen, wie die des alten Elektronikeinsatzes. Damit ist der Sensor sofort wieder betriebsbereit. Generell können alle Elektronikeinsätze der Typenreihe SW60 untereinander getauscht werden. Falls Sie einen Elektronikeinsatz mit einem anderen Signalausgang verwenden wollen, müssen Sie die komplette Inbetriebnahme durchführen.
Ausbauen 6 Ausbauen 6.1 Ausbauschritte Beachten Sie die Kapitel "Montieren" und "An die Spannungsversorgung anschließen" und führen Sie die dort angegebenen Schritte sinngemäß umgekehrt durch. 6.2 Entsorgen Die Ersatzbaugruppe besteht aus Werkstoffen, die von darauf spezialisierten Recyclingbetrieben wieder verwertet werden können. Wir haben hierzu die Elektronikeinsätze leicht trennbar gestaltet und verwenden recyclebare Werkstoffe.
