Meter Display

By default, meters start in the low end of the scale and run to the high end. Reverse scale results
in the opposite order.

Adjusts the thickness of the meter.

Hides or shows the meter values.

You can change the color used to display meter values, as well as the font and font
size. Font spacing determines how far from the meter the value is displayed.
Pointer

Determines how large or small the pointer appears.

Adjusts the distance between the scale and the pointer.
CCoolloorr..
Selects the color of the pointer.
Thermometer
The thermometer component provides another method of showing analog data. Obviously well-suited to
showing temperature readings, you may find the thermometer component useful for other types of data, as well.
The Thermometer tab in the properties window is where you define the appearance of the thermometer.

Determines the orientation of the thermometer on the screen.

Removes the meter background so that background images will show through.

You can use the default background color, or choose your own.

You can choose no border, or for the thermometer to have a ‘raised’ or ‘lowered’ look.

Moves the meter within the allotted component space.

Defines the number of pixels from the edge of the component space to the actual thermometer.

Choose from several styles of thermometer.

Defines the highest and lowest values shown on the thermometer.

By default, meters run from low to high. To change to a descending value display, check this box.
WWiiddtthh..
Determines the width of the thermometer (as opposed to the width of the entire space allotted to the
thermometer component).
BBuullbb ssiizzee..
If using a bulb-style thermometer, this determines the diameter of the bulb that appears at the bottom.
BBaacckkggrroouunndd ccoolloorr//FFiillll ccoolloorr..
The background color is for the portions of the meter beyond the current value
reading. The fill color is for the portion of the thermometer that represents the reading.
SShhooww vvaalluueess..
Determines whether intermediate values are shown on the meter.
