Procedures and Reporting for Gift Cards
Gift Card Balance
Procedures:
• Slide the Gift Card thru the Card Reader.
• Press the BALANCE key on the terminal.
• Screen will display Processing Gift... & attempt to connect to obtain the balance.
• Screen will display the remaining balance, and a receipt will print out detailing the Gift Card’s balance.
• To manually obtain the BALANCE of a Gift Card (if the mag stripe is dirty or scratched) enter the Gift Card
number, followed by the BALANCE key.
