Work load control in the treadmill stress test
Feature Description
The system indicates the value of the starting speed. The digits are
grey when the treadmill is not running.
• Click to increase the load.
• Click to decrease the load.
The system indicates the value of the starting grade. The digits are
grey when the treadmill is not running.

to decrease the value.
Click Start Belt to start the treadmill.
Click
to increase the speed.
Click
to decrease the speed.
Click
to increase the grade.
Click
to decrease the grade.
The system indicates the protocol and the stage in the resting phase.
• Click Next to change to the next stage of the resting phase.
The Next button is active when the protocol is ready for the
second stage in the resting phase.
• Use Select stage label... to open a selection box with all stages
defined in the protocol for the resting phase. Click to select a
different label.
The system indicates the protocol and the stage in the exercise
phase.
1. To finish this stage and change to the next one, click Next.
2. To prolong the stage, click Hold.
The system changes the color of the Hold button.
The Time in stage indicates the remaining time. See Time in
stage on page 6-10.
3. To stop the hold and continue, clicking Hold or Next again.
To stop the treadmill, click Stop Belt.
To quit the stress test prematurely, click End Test.
