SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS : This fine pump that you just have purchased is designed from the latest in material and workmanship. Before installation and operation, we recommend the following procedures : A Check with your local electrical and plumbing codes to ensure you comply with the regulations. These codes have been designed with your safety in mind. Be sure you comply with them.
APPLICATIONS : FEATURES : • This domestic submersible sewage system is designed and suitable for raw sewage applications where the total head requirements do not exceed 15 feet, including pipe friction losses. For higher lifts, consult factory. • Vortex designed impeller made from glass filled Noryl, will not corrode. • Stainless steel mechanical rotary type motor seal. • 2’’ NPT pump discharge. •CAPACITY 5’ 10’ 15’ • Rugged cast iron pump body. • Thermal and overload protection.
STEP 6 Insert the four (4) flange screws on these holes. From the inside of the tank, install the four (4) supplied "O" rings on the screws then, the washers and nuts. Refer to the photo C. Tighten the nuts snugly. IMPORTANT NOTICE : The flange must be set directly on the sewage tank to assure a perfect seal. Use a waterproof silicone caulking to prevent leakage. Otherwise sewage may leak from unit, that way cause damage to property and void warranty, due to an improper installation.
STEP 14 Screw the discharge pipe to the pump. A vent hole is drilled in the pipe, at the adapter end. This will eliminate the unit from getting air logged. That would prevent the pump operation. STEP 15 Install a 2’’ Aqua Flex rubber gasket under the pump cover, in the appropriate opening for discharge line. Lubricate the gasket with soap and insert lid halfway (Photo K). The large lip of the gasket should be flush with the inside of the cover.
STEP 20 Cut another short piece of foam seal (3 3/4") and glue it to the appropriate space inside the lid of the tank. (Photo N) PHOTO N PHOTO O STEP 21 After completing the pump installation, fix the lid using the bolts. This will seal the wires. Fasten the top lid by using screws and washers. (Photo O) PHOTO P STEP 22 To install an additional shower or sink unit to the "Easy Flush" "OPTION" System, use the additional 2" "Aqua Flex" gasket.
EASY FLUSH APPLICATION : STEP 1 STEP 15 Position your "Easy Flush" System as per instructions. Install a 2" "Aqua Flex" rubber gasket under the pump cover. STEP 16 Install the 2" check valve in a vertical position. STEP 2 Install the unit between 2" X 6" floor joist. STEP 3 Purchase required plumbing parts. STEP 21 Fix the lid using the bolts. STEP 20 STEP 14 Install a short piece of foam seal (3 3/4") to the appropriate space inside the lid. Screw the discharge pipe to the pump base.

TYPICAL HIDDEN SOLUTION: Designed to be installed between 2" X 6", it’s easy to built a complete bathroom with the "Easy Flush" System. Compare to a traditional sewage system, the only different component is the tank, which is designed to receive the toilet cabinet. All other components are standard and are part of a traditional sewage system. You may hook up a sink, a shower or a bath, a dishwasher or a washing machine, or any other device requiring a sewage water drain.
STEP 1 STEP 2 The photo 1 shows you how to begin your project by installing the 2" X 6". No nail or screw should perforate the tank. This would void warranty. The drainage of a bath or a shower must be connected to the top portion of the tank to prevent a possible back flow of sewage water to the bath or shower. It is required, as per photo 2, to install the second row of 2" X 6" to receive the bath or shower.
STEP 6 Some 2" X 4" can be installed on each side of the higher section of the tank to hold the gypsum board to finish the wall (photos 8, 9 and 10). PHOTO 8 PHOTO 9 STEP 7 As indicated on photo 11, the installation flange of the toilet cabinet must be fixed directly on the plastic of the tank. Refer to the instructions booklet on page 3 and 4 for the installation of this flange.

Para aplicaciones de bombeo de agua sucia y de alcantarilla donde la altura total de represión no supere 15’, incluyendo las pérdidas debidas a la fricción. • Impulsador de tipo vortex, fabricado de noryl reforzado de fibra de vidrio, no corrosivo. • Sello mecánico del motor de tipo rotativo, en acero inoxidable. • Descarga de bomba de 2” NPT.
ETAPA 6 Insertar los (4) tornillos de fixación de la brida en los agujeros anteriormente perforados. Del interior del depósito, instale las junta tóricas sobre los tornillos, luego las arandelas y las nueces de ajuste. Refierese a la foto C. Apriete todo adecuadamente. Recomendamos encarecidamente utizar un impermeable calafateado (4) entre la brida y el tanque de plástico para asegurar un perfecto sellado.
ETAPA 14 Atornillar el tubo de reenvío a la descarga de la bomba. Un agujero es perforado en este tubo, encima del adaptador, eliminando la posibilidad de bloqueo de aire, lo que devolvería el sistema no funcional. ETAPA 15 Colocar una junta Aqua Flex de 2” bajo la tapa de la unidad, en la apertura correspondiente al tubo de reenvío. Lubrificar la junta con jabón para facilitar la inserción del tubo. Colocar la tapa a medio camino (Foto k).
ETAPA 20 Corte una pieza suplementaria de la junta de impermeabilidad (3 3/4’’) y péguelo en el lugar adaptado dentro de la tapa del depósito. (Foto N) PHOTO N PHOTO O ETAPA 21 Después de la instalación completa de la bomba, fije la tapa utilizando los pernos. Esto sellará los cables. (Foto O) Conectar una unidad adicional a la unidad “EASY FLUSH” por medio de la junta Aqua Flex 2” adicional incluída.
LA INSTALACIÓN DE UN ‘‘EASY FLUSH’’ : ETAPA 1 ETAPA 15 Colocar su sistema “EASY FLUSH” según las instrucciones. Colocar la junta Aqua Flex 2” debajo de la tapa. ETAPA 16 Colocar la válvula de retención 2”. ETAPA 2 Empotrar la depósito entre los 2” x 6”. ETAPA 3 Comprar las piezas de plomería necessarias. ETAPA 21 Fijar la tapa utilizando los pernos. EJEMPLOS DE CAMUFLAJE DE LA UNIDAD ‘‘EASY-FLUSH’’: Hecha para ser colocada entre piezas de 2” X 6”, es muy fácil de acondicionar un cuarto de baño completo utilizando el sistema “EASY-FLUSH” comparado a un sistema de alcantarilla tradicional. Una sola pieza difera; el depósito tiene una forma donde se permite colocar directamente un inodoro. Todos los demás componentes son estándar y son utilizados en los sistemas de alcantarilla tradicionales.
ETAPA 1 La foto 1 le señala como colocar los 2“ X 6” para empezar el acondicionamiento. Se entiende bien que ningún clavo o tornillo no debe perforar el depósito. Esto anularía la garantía. ETAPA 2 El drenaje de un baño, de una ducha o de un otro elemento debe hacerse en la parte superior de la unidad a fin de anticipar un regreso de aguas sucias hacia el baño o hacia la ducha. Entonces, es requirido, como lo muestra la foto 2, de colocar una segunda fila de 2” X 6” para recibir el baño o la ducha.
ETAPA 6 2” X 4” podrán ser metidos de cada lado de la parte superior del depósito para recibir el yeso serviendo a la finición de la pared de camuflaje. ÉTAPE 6 Insérer les (4) vis de fixation de la bride dans les trous précédemment percés. De l’intérieur du réservoir, installer les (4) joints toriques de caoutchouc sur les vis, puis les rondelles et les noix de serrage. Référez-vous à la photo C. Serrer le tout adéquatement. AVIS IMPORTANT : La bride de fonte doit être fixée directement sur le réservoir. Utiliser un calfeutrant imperméable entre le réservoir de plastique et la bride pour assurer une étanchéité parfaite.
ÉTAPE 14 Visser le tuyau de renvoi à la décharge de la pompe. Un trou est percé dans ce tuyau, au dessus de l’adaptateur, éliminant la possibilité de blocage d’air, ce qui rendrait le système non-fonctionnel. ÉTAPE 15 Installer un joint ‘‘Aqua Flex’’ de 2” sous le couvercle de l’unité, dans l’ouverture correspondante au tuyau de renvoi. Lubrifier le joint avec du savon pour faciliter l’insertion du tuyau. Installer le couvercle à mi-chemin.
ÉTAPE 20 Taillez une pièce supplémentaire du joint d’étanchéité (3 3/4’’) et collez celle-ci à l’endroit approprié à l’intérieur du couvercle du réservoir. (Photo N) PHOTO N PHOTO O ÉTAPE 21 Après l’installation complète de la pompe, fixez le couvercle en utilisant les boulons. Ceci scellera les câbles. APPLICATION D’UNE ‘‘EASY FLUSH’’ : ÉTAPE 15 ÉTAPE 1 ÉTAPE 16 Installer la soupape de retenue de 2’’ en position verticale. Installer le joint ‘‘Aqua Flex’’ de 2’’ sous le couvercle. Positionner votre système "Easy Flush" selon les instructions. ÉTAPE 2 Installer l’unité entre les 2" X 6" du plancher. ÉTAPE 21 ÉTAPE 3 Acheter les pièces de plomberie requises. Fixer le couvercle en utilisant les boulons.

EXEMPLE DE CAMOUFLAGE DE L’UNITÉ ‘‘EASY FLUSH’’: Conçue pour être installée entre des pièces de 2” X 6”, il est aisé d’aménager une salle de bain complète en utilisant le système EASY-FLUSH. Comparé à un système d’égout traditionnel, une seule pièce en diffère; le réservoir a une forme permettant d’y fixer directement un cabinet de toilette. Toutes les autres composantes sont standard et sont utilisées dans les systèmes d’égout traditionnel.
ÉTAPE 1 La photo 1 vous indique comment installer les 2” X 6” pour débuter l’aménagement. Il est bien entendu qu’aucun clou ou vis ne doit perforer le réservoir. Ceci annulerait la garantie. ÉTAPE 2 Le drainage d’un bain, d’une douche ou d’un autre élément doit se faire dans la partie supérieure de l’unité afin de prévenir un retour possible des eaux usées vers le bain ou vers la douche.
ÉTAPE 6 Des 2” X 4” pourront alors être placés de chaque coté de la partie élevée du réservoir pour recevoir le gypse servant à la finition du mur de camouflage (photos 8, 9 et 10).
