RAPID FLOW INSTALLATION

2. Place all of the supplied Hangers into their appropri-

ate locations as shown in the above diagram.

3. Install the Down Pipe. You will use the stock band

clamp to secure the Down Pipe to the turbo. Secure

the Down Pipe by tightening the stock band clamp

with a 7/16” deep socket.

4. Hang the Intermediate Pipe from Hanger A and

secure the pipe to the Down Pipe using one of the

supplied clamps. At this point, secure the connec-

tion so that the piece will stay, but do not tighten

down until the entire exhaust is installed.

At this point, you will skip installing the Straight

Pipe and Muer and continue working towards the

rear of the vehicle.

6. Install the Hanger Bracket on the rear of

the driver’s side and hang Hanger E.

The Hanger Bracket will be secured to the

frame of the truck using an existing hole in the frame. The

hole is on the lower part of the frame as shown.
